Once completed, we will email back to you 48 hours before the end of your voyage so you can present to your Captain and Crew.

Or if you prefer, we can email you a generic un-written copy which you can fill in yourself. Whatever your choice, wouldn't it be nice to show your appreciation for your special cruise to your Captain.
